I started using an acne medication with salicylic acid in it. I think that's why the skin on my face has dried out. What can I put on it, to help moisturize it? I tried a medicated lotion, but that didn't help.

i know deep tissue massage can help when the nerves are all in knots (although this *does* cause a lot of pain) what other massage techniques are available to help ease the stress in a more gentler fashion... can you describe what they are and what the differences in them are if you list more than one?

I'm a broke college student...w/student insurance that just offers a small discount for seeing an eye doctor. My eyes feel strained when I look @ the computer & read. I've always had perfect vision except for this. I do get up & take a break away from the pc often, but it doesn't help. I work @ an office where I get extra exposure to the computer, so that doesn't help. Do the glasses you see @ Border's (& such) work for eye strain?? Or do I need to go to the eye doctor?

Thanks
