Registered Nurse here; Hun sounds as if you are experiencing a viral infection, such as the flu. However as you know dear, it's impossible for someone to give you an accurate evaluation here on Yahoo. You didn't state your age, or any other disease process, the clammy feeling-worries me, for if your a diabetic this could be a sign of hypoglycemia. Honestly, sweetie, I believe it a good ideal for you to go to the nearest emergency room. You have several significant symptoms going on here. The swollen lymph nodes (Glands), cramping, and clammy feeling are all symptoms of something a little more involved than a virus, or flu. Just to error on the side of caution, I cannot with a clear conscious, suggest anything less than you going to the nearest emergency room. Thanks for allowing me to address your question. Hope your feeling better soon.

Pain down the arm, without an explanation is not good. You sound like something is affecting your blood flow and it could be a stroke/heart attack..... or nothing major.

I would go to the ER now and be checked to be sure. Any insurance covered emergencies, and some symptoms are emergencies even if it turns out to be nothing bad.

I would go to the hospital and ask for a venous doppler. It will check your arm /legs for blood clots.
You might get an ultrasound.
Don't want to scare you but I work in an oncology clinic (cancer) and some patients have told me that pain in a limb was one of the first signs that something was not right.
Good luck.

if you had an ectopic pregnancy it would cause you to bleed a lot once the falopian tube burst (like a period but much heavier). i doubt you would have even made it to six weeks. which arm is it? pain in the left arm can be a sign of a heart attack. most likely though, you slept on it wrong.
