You can buy pro-plus but you have to ask yourself why do you need them? Do you find yourself feeling sleepy after a hard days work? if so you might find you're just a victim of daily fatigue in which case I recommend a course of Pharmaton taken daily. I am a stay at home mum and found myself with no energy at the end of the day. i took these and found I have my life back.

Pro plus. Caffeine is also in chocolate, tea, coffee and many fizzy drinks. Be careful with how many you take and if can cause problems.

Yep Pro Plus, used them when I was doing 2 full time jobs a day, but it's not energy for free, you may find when you have time for sleep you can't!

Pro Plus is probably the most popular but Tesco also do their own brand which are just as effective

Pro plus, boots do them as do chemists and ooccasionally larger supermarkets. They do give you the jitters, though!
