does having one ovarie before pregnancy affects the child?

U see before my mom was pregnant she had one of her ovaries taken out then she got pregnant and i was born. did that affect me like having weak immunity system like that or any abnormality

no not at all. i only have one ovary and my kids are 10and4 and they're healthy

I had an ovary removed when I was 19 I then went on to have 5 children,,it doesn't effect the children in any way for the mother to have that happen
