Neuropeptides, or the chemical expression of emotions, were originally thought only to be found in the brain. We have found out now that they are throughout the whole body, and we have concrete evidence that they can even influence the way our immune system works.

Emotions are not felt just in the brain, they are felt throughout the entire body. We've always known this, i guess, it just took a while for science to come out and prove it.

I understand. Grief will do that to you. It's simply your anxiety and stress expressing itself physically and it's not something you can control. Once you have grieved sufficiently, it will go away. But in the meantime, allow yourself to cry and get it out of your system. Take care of yourself physically. Rest. Eat well. Talk to a professional counselor, they are a great help in a time of need. Godloveya, honey.
