Sounds to me that your satiety signals are messed up. Those are the signals your brain gives to tell you when you need to stop eating and that you're full. I would recommend trying to eat something less saturated. Try sandwhiches to get some initital weight off. Exercise, walking is best when you are really overweight or swimming so you won't put extra pressure on your joints. Then increase the exercise and eat. Eating is great when you're working out, but make sure you get the right vitamins! Lift weights too! Good luck!

apparently...you're overweight. Although I do not know your exact dimensions and muscle/fat composition, I'm going to go ahead and suggest that you seek assistance from a third party. There are many ways to go about this. Contact a friend/family member and ask fo their help in contacting an organization that deals with weight management. You could also make a doctor's appointment and get your doctor's counsel on how to manage weight and where to get further advice.
Wherever you go, or to whomever you turn, ..iti s certain you will have to make a conscious effort to change your lifestyle and physical fitness activities.
good luck

It called putting on weight, gaining weight is not a problem but gaining too much can cause serious health complications for yourself. You need to get yourself in shape again and start a healthy diet. Ask your family and friends for support because they can be your motivation. You need to get healthy again and that should be your main priority right now. I wish you all the luck and remember nothing is impossible.
