When we r nervous we have a built in system its more commonly known as " fight or flight". Its where the body starts rushing with adrenalin so blood and other body fluids and functions start working over time to keep up with the nervous system. Its quite an interesting subject to study. Everybody suffers this, your body gets ready to either stand up to whats making you nervous (fight) or run away from it (flight). I hope iv been of some use.

The stress hormones make the bladder walls tighten (muscular contraction) and so you will feel the urge to go even if there is not much urine in the bladder.

You are nervous and this is related to fear. Your body produces adrenaline and triggers the 'fight or flight' syndrome designed for self preservation. To help you make your escape, you jettison excess goods... not to be too crude

It is the fight or flight reflex.
It is your body lightening as much load as it can ready for flight (or fleeing) mode.
