Well, if there's nothing medically wrong (your doctor will need to tell you this), you can try the stacker family at GNC; stay away from the mini thins and anything with ephedra in it.
There is an herb you can get, actually several, Ginseng, Ginger, Foti, Cayenne, Gotu Kola, Green Tea, Bee Pollen, Spirulina, Black Seed, & Yohimbe Extract. They make an pill with all that in it and I put the link below here.
"The most popular adaptogen is ginseng, a root that comes in several varieties, such as Korean and Siberian. Siberian ginseng first showed up as a terrific stress-buster in Russian studies in the 1960s. In Chinese medicine, this herb symbolizes the vitality of the earth. It has a beneficial influence on the cardiovascular system, helping regulate blood pressure and cardiac rhythm. It also regulates the nervous system and increases alertness and energy. Another adaptogen is schizandra, a Chinese tonic herb used to help individuals recover from exertion and improve endurance. It is considered somewhat weaker than ginseng. Research suggests its calming effect on the central nervous system helps counteract the jitters if you've had too much caffeine." Published date: 19980301:

Hope that helps. Just go to GNC and they'll help

Feed your body and all it's parts correctly. Start by taking a multi-vitamin tablet with iron everyday. Proper Nutrition is the key to energy. You can boost your level of energy - especially in school - with a breakfast of oatmeal with fruit. Oatmeal is probably the best kept nutritional secret there is. Be sure and have a glass of orange juice with it.
Stay away from refined sugars and canned products. Go for raw vegetables and fruits whenever possible. You'll see the difference within days.

When I was in school I was always tired... I think it was because I didn't sleep enough and I really wasn't interested in learning! So, what I think you should do is think of fun things while learning.. like be competitive with someone in your class or think about graduation day and standing up when they call out the honors students. I think that I was just lazy and I wish that I put all of my brain to use! You have time, so go for it girl!

Try a high protein breakfast with a hamburger steak, two fried eggs and a slice of whole-grain toast. Avoid sugar and white starches. Go for a walk before school starts and drink plenty of liquids like milk, tea, water, tomato juice, etc.
