Testicular cancer?

I recently had an operation to remove testicular cancer, is it possible that this could be what caused me to rather embarrasingly pass out when i saw a girl i like.....

If you had the surgery and were still in pain, possibly. If you are on chemotherapy, quite possibly. Still, passing out is not normal, so you need to speak with a doc about it.
