My blood pressure is currently 100/56... I need to make it higher.. it's way too low. Any ideas on how to do this? I know exercising would be a good solution, but any others?

I quite about 12 weeks ago without much initial trouble. But the anxiety i have experienced in this time has been crippling. I cannot concentrate at work and am currently seeing a neuorologist and i had a brain MRI to rule out something other than anxiety.

I used to work in a busy, county hospital. If we had three severe trauma victims in one 8 hour shift along with all the less severe emergency situations, it was very, very busy and stressful. I can't imagine who would choose to work in a hospital in Iraq with the kind of numbers of wounded on a daily basis - not to mention the danger & risk that continually looms around them. Who are these Doctors and Nurses and how can the hospitals accomodate so many patients?

Okay, I have a boyfriend who I love more then any thing in this world. When we first started hanging out and getting to know each other, but we were not 'official' just hanging out like friends. Any ways, I ended up sleeping with his best friend. Should we tell him. We think it will ruin my relationship and his friends relationship too.

I was cooking eggs and had the butter in the pan. i dropped the egg in stuff splashed into my face right next to my eye. now there is a mosquito bite looking red bump on my face. will it go away?

i know its sad, but just want to make sure it will heal fine. i already put neosporine on it, do i need to do anything else?

I have had a consistent eye twitch in my left eye since Jan. 2006. I am a 24 year old male, health conscious, and fit. I take good care of myself. I am between work and school and so have had the summer off. I used to have a stressful job working with a mental health organization but I have been unemployed for 2 1/2 months now. For these reasons I can't believe that it's vitamin def. or stress. My sleep patterns tend to be all over the place but I usually get a good 7 to 9 hours. For two weeks straight I put myself to bed at 1200 and set the alarm for 900... this didn't help. I still have an eye that twitches EVERY SINGLE DAY. It used to be just the upper lid but has recently, a week ago, started to twitch on the lower. Has anyone experienced or heard of this?

I'm concerned for my daughter. She is on her hands and knees at the bottom of a piramid and another girl puts her foot on the center of her back to stand. My husband and I frequent this really good Chinese restaurant called the "Golden Wok" in our little Iowa town. Last night we got our takeout home and my husband noticed that the beef lo mein that he ordered tasted like and looked like pork. He gets this dish every time we go and knows how it should look, and it did not look or taste right. We took it back and the little chinese lady the runs the restaurant argued with us that it was beef and that we were wrong, no matter how much we told her that it wasn't right. Instead, after refusing to remake the dish or refund our money, she dumped the takeout box of food back into the wok and added more seasoning and soy sauce, then dumped it back into the original container.

My friend at work says that was against FDA regulations and should be reported to the health department. I am peeved enough that I am half-way tempted. Would what you suggest?

I used to do push-ups with my ex-girlfriend's kids on my back. They weighed 100 pounds together and I could easily do 125 push ups with them on my back.

My old girl friend weighs 265 pounds and I can do 25 push-ups with her sitting on my back.

Her sister weighed 350 and I can only do five push-ups with her on my back. Could you still do any push-ups with that much weight sitting on your back?

Or what about 420 pounds?
Would you even let them sit on your back if they weighed that much?

Do you know how it feels to be a loner? I have no social life i dont even have one true friend that i dont have to act like some kind of shy freak infront of. someone i know is currently going to the hospital and getting exams because due to his frequent headaches(near the pituitary gland) and his recent head x-ray, the doctors think he has a type of sclerosis in his brain.
What i want to know is: If that is what he has, how did it get there, how will this affect him healthwize, does this mean he has to get operated on? Please explain.

i didnt report it because i feel as if it were my fault because i ased him for a ride because i ran away from an abusive situation i was in with my father and 18 year old brother i leaving was my only escape but it caused even more problems but i got away from it and im living with a family member!!! I need some expert help. I just have a eye test on July for my spectacles. My Right SPH -3.50, CYL-175, AXIS 020 and Left SPH-375, CYL-200, AXIS 160.
But i'm using contact lens that have Right SPH-325, CYL-125, AXIS 020Left SPH -350, CYL -175, AXIS 160. Do i need to change my contact lens? Or can i change?
