I need some expert help. I just have a eye test on July for my spectacles. My Right SPH -3.50, CYL-175, AXIS 020 and Left SPH-375, CYL-200, AXIS 160.
But i'm using contact lens that have Right SPH-325, CYL-125, AXIS 020Left SPH -350, CYL -175, AXIS 160. Do i need to change my contact lens? Or can i change?

Your contact script is supposed to be different than your spec's. The reason is the contacts are closer to your eyes. I asked my Dr. the same question

Apparently the answer is no.
Last year I went to my eye doctor to get fitted for contacts for the first time in years. I'd tried contacts before and found that they were uncomfortable and I couldn't see as well, but I figured I'd try it again since my optometrist is also a contact lens specialist, and I was planning to appear on stage and thought it would be a good idea to be able to see what I was doing.
Like you (judging from the scrpt you have there), I'm nearsighted and have a moderate astigmatism. And for the first time, I got toric contacts which corrected the astigmatism instead of just overcorrecting the nearsightedness.
Unlike with my previous contact lens experiences, I noticed that the prescription for my contact lenses was different from the prescription for my glasses . I asked the doc about it, and he said that because the contact lens is right on the surface of the eye, the way the lens refracts light is different, so the script for the contacts would naturally be different.

Sorry, but the fit of the lens can affect how the prescription translates from spectacle Rx to contact lens Rx. You also need to learn how to put them in, take them out and care for them. I know it doesn't seem like it but contact lenses are a medical device that require a valid prescription. Even if you order contact lenses from an on line store, they are still required to verify your prescription with your eye doctor. Even if you try to order them online, if your doctor's office doesn't verify the Rx they can't sell them to you.

Your glasses are weak enough that you don't need to adjust the strength for contacts, but I don't think they make contacts with a cylinder (2nd number) weaker than 0.75. Probably R -1.25, L -1.25 would be a good starting point, but they often have to "experiment" a bit to determine the best power contacts, so I have no way of knowing for sure if these would be the best for you. Also if the power is wrong, it won't actually hurt you vision (might get headaches at worst) but if the base curve & diameter are wrong you could possibly mess up your eyes. This is why you really ought to get a proper exam & fitting

Contact lenses take a totally different prescription than glasses. They correct the eye in a different way.
What does "Or can I change" mean?

I have prescriptions for both and they look entirely different.
I'd say there must be a difference.
