I am 28, have 3 kids and the baby has been sleeping through the night for 4 months. I try to take care of myself. I eat right, drink plenty of water, walk 2 miles at least 3 days a week. What can I do. I am breastfeeding so I am hesitant to take anything. I am stressed, but no more than usual. Please help. Sometimes I can only sleep a couple hours a night. I have a doctor's appointment, but it is a month away. I have tried sending my husband to the couch, that has not worked yet. The kids sleep thru the night-not me. I have to get up by 6 every morning so my daughter can catch the bus. By the time I tend to a 3 year old and a 5 month old, walk, cook, do chores, etc., I'm worn out. By 8, I'm ready for bed. the second I get into bed, my eyes pop open. I turn the tv on, then I turn it off and back on. Any advice will be helpful. Thanks.

I HAVE BEEN TO THE EMERGENCY ROOM ABOUT PAIN IN MY CHEST AREA. THEY FOUND NOTHING WRONG. I'M STILL IN PAIN... I CAN'T AFFORD TO KEEP GOING BACK AND FORTH TO THE DOCTOR. I TAKE MEDICINE BUT IT DOESN'T WORK...SHOULD I PERSIST IN MY SEARCH FOR MY ANSWER OR JUST TRUST THAT THERE'S NOTHING WRONG?

i hav speech disorders frm last abt 10 yrs.. its inceasing with my age... i feel dificulty to communicate with other peoples bcoz sometimes i lost my confidence when i m talking to other peoples... but when i talk immidiatly (when i dont know tht wht i hav to say, then i can speak normally).. can i imporove this problem or not 4 lifetime.....?? is there a specific medicine....?

My husband and I have been together from 7 years now. He is 30, but he has been smoking since he was 15. I've tried to help him quit smoking. I've been mostly good, but sometimes nasty as well to him about it. Truly he's tried everythink to stop smoking as well. He's tried chewingums, paches (the strongest ones), even hypnosys. But nothing worked. He still smokes. He was smoking a packet of 20 when using the strongest paches. The nurse got so surprised when i told her that. She said that he was getting the nicotine from the patches and smoking as well was very dangerous, so we said "no" to the patches as well.He stops smoking for a few days and then strats again. If he has no cigarettes he becoms irritated and drives me nuts as well. Altough said that we love each other. I really don't know what more to do for him. Can someone tell me if there is anythink else we can both do to help him quit smoking forever?

I don't live by any schedule. I go to school and work online. All of my obligations are task oriented and I just naturally started staying up all night and going to sleep when the sun comes up. It is how I am. Is this unhealthy?

My first son is 8 years old and is very talkative and has abolutely no problem expressing himself. Its the younger brother who at the age of 5 is still unable to speak. He can do all other things by himself eg drawing simple sketches, copying the alphabet etc. He is also very active physically and apears to be very attentive. Can play computer games better than I!. But so far, he is unable to speak beyong KU sounds. Anyone out there. Please suggest how we can overcome this problem.

Okay so ALL day today Ive beenitching REALLY bad on my back, my sides, tops of my legs, and my chest!!! Its making me CRAZY & also making my skin REALLY red & irritated! there are no hives or spots , no rash, & NO I DONT HAVE BUGS! I havent changed my soap or deodorant or shampoo or anything like that...havent eaten anything out of the normal....Im about at witts end & even worse I ITCH!!! oh yeah Im a diabetic have been for 19 years & never had this problem but could that have anything to do w it???

My daughter is 4 and a half years old now, but since she was 3 she complained about her legs hurting. more precisely is the back of her knee that hurts.I am worried as i suffer from reumatism myself. I went to the doctor but he said that it had nothing to do with reumatism. I don't want her to have a general check up cause I know that they'll need to take blood from her and she is tiny for her age. Even more she hates agos... Can someone tell me the cause of her paine and tell me what I can do to stop it?

I am a second year student nurse and a middle aged Nurse in my team keeps trying to humiliate me in front of others by implying she thinks I am stupid as I used to be a model, despite passing all my exams with high marks and getting previous good results.It is affecting my confidence as it is really nasty now and personal. They are black dots, lines in my eyes. They have always been there as far as I am concerned (I would know, I have been wearing contacts since the 5th grade, I barely wear them though. At most, I wear contacts 5 times a month, sometimes zero). I know that it is not a medical problem or anything, but what are they? Is there anything that I can do to make them go away. And why are they so visible? Ha-ha.

I lost a lot of confidence, depressed, having a lot of headache, scared, embarass, and have hard time studying at school. What can i do ? people either give me a nasty look or making fun of me or cyber-bully. I felt like i am being ignore because others like just being cold on me tease me stuff like that. T_T
