They say water is the "Universal Solvent", and it literally helps your body dissolve food and disperse the nutrients from your stomach to the blood stream. Can you imagine how much harder your body would have to work without it? Pushing solid particles through a body would be almost impossible without enough water. Think of it like your blood stream is becoming molasses when you are dehydrated. Not good.

Think of your body like a CAR-- a finely tuned racing machine... now, would you take that fine piece of auto machinery out onto the road without making SURE that it had all of it's fluid levels checked and perfect? Would you drive it in the hot sun for hours and hours , day after day, without checking the radiator to see if it needed water?
ONLY IF YOU"RE STUPID!!

And your body is far and above more complex than any car will ever be. You are made up of over 2/3 water. Did you realize that when you FEEL thirsty for the first time, you are ALREADY starting to get dehydrated? You need to keep your water levels in your body kept well in check. Studies have shown that even if your body gets a meer quart low, your reflexes, thinking processes and coordination goes down over 15%? And it increases exponentially with each pint of fluid you lose after that.

So , go ahead, doubt Mother Nature and ignore the truth about fluids. Go thirsty. And bump into walls... stumble over your feet....lose your thoughts... and watch out for that third rail, its a doozy...!

Drink your water , like a good boy/girl and keep up with the rest of us who are drinking ours like good little boys and girls. WE like to stay sharp!

Our bodies are 98% water, so if we expect to live, we need to replenish our fluid levels down to cellular level.

Aren't we like 80% water... well, maybe 90%, can't remember... what happens when you die and all the water in your body is just evaporating? You start becoming dust. I'm actually thirsty now :)~

we can survive without a whole slew of things,,,, almost anything as a matter of fact,,,,
except one thing for certain,,,,,,, yep, water.....or fluids that hydrate.......which keeps the whole system in check and running smooth and cool.
just like an engine,,, it will die without oil......

without water/hydration,,, you die..... no ifs, ands, or buts.
