I don't live by any schedule. I go to school and work online. All of my obligations are task oriented and I just naturally started staying up all night and going to sleep when the sun comes up. It is how I am. Is this unhealthy?

It cannot be a problem! I have been doing it most of my adult life and my doctor says I am fine. The key is to get enough rest and not be eating too much or too little, getting enough exercise, and eating the right kinds of foods.

Most people will not like your life style (I get complains), but as long as you take of the other health factors then you will be fine.

You need to maintain some schedule if you want to be able to get the sleep you need in on a daily basis. Even people that live standard sleep times have periods of not-sleeping or needing more sleep from time to time.

I love the sunshine, so I do try to get up and enjoy some of the sunshine, but my most productive time is after everyone else has gone to sleep. I

f you try to force yourself to sleep, it can make you nervous so I sleep when I need it. Not because someone tells me that I should be cause everyone else does it!

Anytime, someone gets out of the box everyone starts throwing rocks! Be an individual and they get mad or jealous!

You are what they call a night owl and I have been like that most of my life, even as a child. They tell you all kinds of crazy crap like you will "lose 3 years from your life" sleeping all day and staying up all night and you will just get treated like a freak in general because you are considered odd or unusual and don't conform to the normal day schedule like the majority. Just ignore everything you hear about that. To me, daylight equals more people, more people means more *ssholes, so I have equated that to mean daylight is for creeps. I enjoy working 3rd shift.

Not at all.

Some people are normally nocturnal. If your lifestyle allows for this, go for it. I am sure you will meet really interesting people. ;)
