If any chance to cure spina fida?(Urology)?

In Paed Urology, I face this prob. I want special care institutions for that in india especially tamilnadu. Now i do it artificially.

Spina bifida is a birth defect caused by an incomplete closure of one or more vertebral arches of the spine. This can result in malformations of the spinal cord. The spinal membranes and spinal cord may protrude through the absence of vertebral arches. There is no cure for this, but they have done extensive research into this birth defect and think that taking folic acid during pregnancy can help decrease the incidence of this birth defect. But... since spina bifida occurs within the first four weeks of pregnancy, it is a good idea for women who are thinking about or trying to get pregnant to take folic acid as a supplement before trying to get pregnant.

the best cure for spina bifida is proper diet of the mother int he firstfew weeks of pregnancy.Most is caused by a lack of folic acid in the mother's diet.
