im used to stayin up late late like at6 late i dunno how i got into ths routine jus i stay up a coule nights in a row and now its constant....school iis in days we start tuesday and its highschool imma b drained!! how can i go to sleep faster? i turn ma lights out and no tv or radio is playin and i find my self starin off into space ..until i get to bored and go do something becus i can't sleep ....so wht should i do?

my best friend doesn't have a comp. anymore so she asked me to look this up, and I'm having problems...see, right now she works nights and has to sleep during the day and doesn't want to take any drugs to induce sleep. Aside from like counting sheep what else is there you can think of or do to try and help yourself fall asleep? She said she heard of certain solid colors you can think of and visualize...anyone know what color(s) they are?

Hi, i know im allergic to ibuprofen but my doctor has prescribed to me a tablet to take so the ibuprofen wont make me ill. The thing is ive been taking them 1 a day as well as the other tablets but, i know have sharpe pains in my chest on the left side and it hurts when i breath in. I am suppose to start taking two ibuprofren today and, i took two and now the pain is worse. The tablets are gasrto restistant tablets so the ibuprofen wont affect me, but i think its the ibuporfen that is causeing the pain as it is similar to last time, when i had the side effects. Does anyone know why this happens and has anyone else got this.?

I'm only 16 years old though, so I have no idea what it could be. The catche is only on one side of my jaw. It used to pop whenever I chewed, and now sometimes whenever I try to open my mouth it just won't open. Does anyone know what it could possible be or what to do?

home life crazy ,starting to worry that i might have belly problems any help would be great...not much for Dr ,don't want to go if not serious .loss of appetite ,no interest in food at all....know it's not normal .

hey i have severe chest pains and pain in the lower areas of my back- almost on the side. both sides hurt but the left side is agonizing. i'm afraid to visit the doctor- even after being advised that i should- i feel as if i don't have an emergency and like doctors will be wasting their time. and somehow i feel embarrassed... do u know where the pains come from?

i have dandruff right above my face and right above my back in my scalp. when i try to "loosen" it with a comb my haed gets red spots and starts to hurt. i have really thick, long, curly hair and i have tea tree shampoo and conditioner but its not really helping. is there anything that i can do?
