I believe they are call Hermaphrodites. Where a person is born with both sexes and simply adapts to the more pronounced gender traits. Yes, this is true and it it the only third gender known. These people are very special given that it is a fact of life and their partners are understanding and most likely Hermaphrodites themselves. That's the freakin answer!
