Sounds like you, or someone you know may need some help. Just remember that suicide is a permament solution for a temporary problem. Although you or someone may feel this is the only answer, anyone else would tell you the same thing. I couldn't imagine slicing my wrists just to see how long it would take to die. Don't know the answer exactally, but I do know that lots of people may have tried to end their life this way, but for some reason or another, maybe because they have family that care about them, they usually don't die, and end up in a psyc ward of a hospital, restrained, and medicated. Try to find the reason why you or someone you know may be comtemplating this issue, and deal with the real reasons behind it instead of taking the cowards way (easy way) out, no one ever said life would be easy, or go as planned all the time, chances are you or your friend, is probably under the age of 18, and someone of this age, can't possibly be mature enough to make such a decesion of this nature, picture you or your friend taking someone elses life, and then re think the value of yours. Don't be a statistic, the numbers are high enough all ready, especially in Western Washington State, there are so many, we don't hear much about them, so believe me there is no glory in taking your life. It just shows cowardness, weakness, and worst of all selling yourself short for what your life has to offer. If you cut yourself, and die, then you would never know. If you just let your bad times pass, and stay in control, then you can reap the great benifits of life. For every action their is a reaction, so, If you take your life, you are not just taking that, you are taking your parents child away from them, your taking Grandma and Grandpa away from their grandchild, your taking your sibblings away from their brother or sister, so in fact, you are destroying an entire family for a stupid reason, any reason to commit suicide, is stupid. And it is againgst God's will, so don't think your going to heaven. Lots of people have problems, as a matter of fact everyone has them!! What make you think you are so special to take the easy path??? Don't give up, I promise if you give yourself the chance, you will see my point.
