I wouldn't recommend it hun, as it could do more harm than good instead either pluck / tweeze the hairs , wax if its an excess problem or simply ask your doctor,beautician or pharmacist.

absolutely not - the chemicals will burn the area, and inhaling the fumes will damage your trachea and lungs.

look on the package... it should say whether its safe to or not. if not try using scissors.
