home life crazy ,starting to worry that i might have belly problems any help would be great...not much for Dr ,don't want to go if not serious .loss of appetite ,no interest in food at all....know it's not normal .

i know everyone gets stress but i also know this is not normal does anyone have some advice that may help relieve stress...trieds all the ones i know ...tea ,hot bath,quiet room...so on so on...

Yes stress can do that to you. I have been there. If it continues for more than a month you need to see the doctor, because not eating right can cause other health problems and stress can cause ulcers. You can go to a health food store and as for vitamins for people with stress and also an herbal remedy to help stress.

Yes stress can do all that. But don't ignore it. Find out ways of reducing stress. Deep breathing, meditation and yoga can help u. Eat on time and try to get 8 hrs of sleep in a day.

Yes it can! Stress can cause ulsers in the stomach resulting in lack of appitite and long term problems if not treated. A trip to the doc would prevent any further problems.

Yes, stress can do strange things to your body. When I am really stressed, my hair starts to fall out. Try not to let things get to you. I know that's easier said than done, but you really can't let it effect you that way.

Stress will do that to you. You need to chill out. No one can be stress free. If we are, then we are freakin dead. It's part of life but take it easy. Remember, we can't solve all of our problems.
