I try wearing black and white shirts and I use anti-perspirant but still I sweat alot when i'm in a stressful situation. Are there any good types of anti-perspirants that I can use? Anything I can wear to prevent this?

i don't know what you can do to stop the wetness but ,isn't it a shame that you and others have to feel like an oddball for being normal? it is perfectly normal what is happening to your body, it may be uncomfortable and society causes us to think we are some how abnormal to sweat but,it's so necessary.some of us sweat more than others but if we continue to deprive our bodies of their natural detox then we can expect for unclean toxins to pile up . OK just a thought.

Anti-perspirants usually don't work. Try Feelin Fresh by avon. It did miracles.

I have heard of this as a medical condition. The ones I've heard of had profuse sweating, underarm area as well as hands and other areas. It's best to talk to your dr. and there are different treatments for it, though I can't fully remember what it is.

There used to be underam pads that you wear to absorb...they fit right on the pit area of the shirt.
A doctor could give you something, believe it or not

Sometimes powder forms of antiperspirant are more effective.

See the wiki section about Aluminium Chloride antiperspirants.

I use Degree, but honestly, just eat a good diet, wash daily, and welcome to humanity. We all understand perspiration happens. Anyone who doesn't understand, should leave the Earth.

(A good balanced diet helps control body odour.)
