i am only 20 years old and was recently in the hospital due to lower back problems. they took some xrays and found out that the bones in my lower back are narrowing causeing pressure on my disks and pinched nurves which is causeing my muscles to spaz and shooting pain down both my legs( depending which side is bothering me) they told me i needed to see a physical therapist. i came back with "are you guys going to pay for it cause i dont have insurance?" so they told me to go home and look up some exercises i can do here at home so i can regain strength in my lowerback again to help my problem. any suggestions on websites or exercises that may help? and how will i know if i am doing them right? i also have a cyst about the size of an eyeball about 2 inches away from my spine. i told my doc about it but didnt give me any info on weather or not cysts can be cancerous...the C word runs in the family in almost every form, ovarian, breast, lung, liver,....how would i find out if it is or not

My baby was 4 weeks early needing to be tube fed through nose and mouth..That was filling her on formula..My milk came in very late, and that took alot of work to get in..But baby was sent home with bottle feeds and occasional breast..Now almost 2 months later baby is approx 70 % breast with some bottle..She is also very colic..Could the two be upsetting her tummy? Is it safe to feed her the two kinds??I am watching everything I eat to try not upsetting her tummy further.

I am a 23 year old male. I feel like most of my life I have been kinda sheltered because of the fact that I am very shy and that my parents have strong beliefs about whats right and wrong. I live in a backwoods town in the northeast. In 3rd grade my parents took me out of school and home schooled me. My parents own a business and I live and work with them. We got to church on sunday and my only friends are people from church and customers I see at work. I have never had a relationship with a woman. I have never had sex and I have never masturbated. The only time I have ever ejaculated was when I was sleeping, which I dont remember how it feels because I was asleep. This has happened 5 or 6 times throught my life. Latley I have been constantley thinking about sex and masturbating. I do not want to have sex until I am happily married. But latley I keep getting the urge to want to touch myself. Since I have waited this long should i just wait till marriage? would it make the girl apprecia

I noticed that when my girlfriends niece was picked up by her friend that she smiled to get away from him and her mom said she was nervous. I noticed that I too smile or laugh when i'm nervous. Other people i've noticed do that to. Why's that?

This is your BEST-childhood-FRIEND...She decides to make an announcement about her pregnancy with a man she just met only a few months ago to HER friends, meaning they are not your friends, but you know of them & they know OF you.

For no reason, she includes in her annoucement news about you... "Jane" is looking into adoption because she has medical issues (she gives them every detail of your medical problems). "

Oh and this big mouth friend is a R.N. and should know better about leaking medical information (HIPAA)!

Also...in her email, you find out that she lied about her age and about the father-to-be's occupation & his age. (she's 13+yrs older then he). One of HER friends finds the entire email odd so she forwarded it to you & that's how you find out!

When you confront her, she denies it..until you say that you've seen it with your own eyes! She doens't apologize, rather says she didn't do anything wrong!

Would you be mad at you bestfriend...What would you do????

Not sure if someone I knew actually did shoot themself in the heart that is what the autopsy said, makes more since in the head, there was not much blood or gun powder on shirt or hands so I am thinking he was shot by the police not a suicide case as they claim on the cause of death. I DON'T WANT TO KILL MYSELF. Just wonder if anyone knows the % of each one. Thanks!

I have really bad posture, I am only 16, but it looks like I am an old man. I dont want to have back problems later in life. My back does not hurt though, it feels really fine, but weird when I try to stand up stright.

How should I stand up? How should my neck be compared to my back. Do you know any exercises that can help me? Do back braces really help, if so, would I have to wear it outside my cloths, and do they cost alot.

I want to try to nip this in the bud before it gets really bad, thank you.

Ok, if you came here to call me a freak LEAVE NOW OR READ THIS. I'm asking for my friend. She's in cheerleading against her will, her parents wont let her quit, and she's too scared to talk to her coach (who is VERY creepy by the way) and i would go to practice with her but i have a tight schedule with about a 5 min break. My friend figured she could quit if she broke something. She doesnt want to break a leg for the sake of walking so she was thinking about breaking an arm or wrist. If you have an idea of how she could quit instead of hurting herself then that would work too. Thanx!

ever since i was a kid i began watching pornos. i tried relating to the guys and wwanted to be like them as i got older...i'm now 22.
For some reason, i created an image in my mind that those guys are sexual becuase of theri machoness, or certain body parts like barefeet...

so now, barefeet on a guy or myself = sex

i love sex with women, but the idea of barefeet remind me of sex,a nd i think its becuase all the guys in the pornos were barefoot and were having sex, and also i always had this thing with taking off my socks when i was a kid..
