DIETS DON"T WORK!!!! You have to eat healthy, exercise and drink water. Exercise at least 20 minutes a day, at least 3 days a week. Eat lots of veggies, limit fats, no sodas, fruits and grains. Drink at least 8 glasses of pure water a day.

Here's how I did it....I ate 5 very small meals a day... my three regular meals, and one added in between breakfast and lunch and one added in betwen lunch and dinner, and ABSOLUTELY NO snacking or eating after 7 pm.

For exapmle: Breakfast I will have a small apple and one slice of whole grain bread (60 calories).

Between Meal Snack 1 (BMS): a handful of almonds and water.

Lunch: one small chef salad with light balasmic vinegar dressing and a few raw veggies.

BMS 2: a protein shake to give me a boost thru the middle of the afternoon

Dinner: a small (fist sized) portion of fish (salmon, tilapia) or hcicken with a small helping of steamed veggies and the trusted water!

Also, powerwalk a few times a week. I started at 3 miles 3 days a week and gradually increased. Now, I jog 6 miles daily as a part of my day. I dropped 67 lbs in 10 months and u can too.

I do drink Diet Pepsi once per week as a treat, but mainly drink water. Sometimes I will treat myself to a slice of pizza or 2 cookies, or a few potato chips, but that is all. They happen every once in a while.

I hope this helps. If you'd like more info, please email me directly!

well theres a few different things that might be stopping you
1) you might just need a different diet
2) if you have been dieting for a while you need to come off the diets for a few days and just eat normally so that way your body doesnt keep rejecting the thought of dieting.
3) if nothing else try the mayo health clinic diet

1000 calories a day nothing more to remember no limitations on anything just dont go over 1000 calories

Hi
I know it can be quite frustrating to loose weight on a diet ,try this simple plan as it worked for me so here goes,
If you are serious about losing weight, the calories in the food you eat should be less than the energy you use. You will have to increase your metabolic rate now, and plan your diet carefully.
Formulate your own weight loss plan and you will lose weight faster. More details available at http://tinyurl.com/m7ckx

Good luck

Go to L.A. Weight Loss. My dad lost a lot of weight with them because he followed the diet religiously. But you don't need their extra products like the juice or healthbars they want to sell you. Just follow the diet they outline for you. You can buy all your own food at the store. They don't give you any food, just the bars and juice I think. But my Pop says you don't need that stuff.

Mainly by staying on it! Sometimes its easy to stray from our disciplined lifestyle that we set before us, but you have to think about the ramnifications of what can happen if you stop your diet.

There is a reason why you started this diet to begin with. So, now continue to discipline yourself towards that goal and remember its ok if we are not always good, but when we realize it and we get back to it that is what will matter.

Read labels. You'd be surprised how many foods are packaged with corn syrup or some other kind of syrup. That's where your calories are coming from. I assume you've been exersizing and staying away from the couch.
