Not sure if someone I knew actually did shoot themself in the heart that is what the autopsy said, makes more since in the head, there was not much blood or gun powder on shirt or hands so I am thinking he was shot by the police not a suicide case as they claim on the cause of death. I DON'T WANT TO KILL MYSELF. Just wonder if anyone knows the % of each one. Thanks!

If there are powder burns on the shirt all the power of the shot is carried into the wound, it is possible to not have alot of blood if the heart stopped instantly as it is likely if they are a good aim
Cops usually do not get away with such things anymore of killing someone and setting it up as a suicide

Sorry to hear that. But just so you know, some people who commit suicide(it's mostly women who do this, but some men do) do it in a place so they'll still look presentable in their casket. I know, it sounds morbid. But it's been said that some people will even shoot themselves in the back so they don't mess up their face, that way their family can have the casket open at the funeral. If you feel very strongly that he didn't kill himself, a medical examiner can tell whether it's possible that the shot was self-inflicted. And just so you know, I went to school with a girl who killed herself. She shot herself in the heart. So it does happen.
