I can not seem to wake up in the morning!!! I am not a morning person I have tried all I can think of to get up and it doesn't work!!!! My alarm is loud and annoying and put far enough away that I have to get up to turn it off, but it still doesn't work I just lay back down!!!!! I get like at least 6 hours of sleep every night I just dont know what to do. HELP!!!!

i've been taking these green tea pills that have something that increases ur metabolism,everytime i take them i get a stomach ache that last for a couple of days,obviously i dont take them anymore,i just wanna know i thought greem tea is suppose to be heathy,whats in it that would cause all this pain,i find it weird my sister drinks that stuff all the time

I dont mean overwieght or fat. I mean obese. I work in a building with 400 people and I would estimate that close to 100 of them are at least 100 pounds over weight, and several of them are cruising 375 and 400 mark.

What is the problem with the healthcare system?
Why arent these people's doctors doing more to come up with radical weight loss strategies, such gastric bypass and doctor prescribed liquid diets?

I blame the medical professionals and the medical insurance companies for not being more agreessive about this problem.

As someone that has to pay a monthly fee to have health coverage, I blame these types of people for not being aggressive because the people that are obese are making my healthcare costs higher, because they are a drain on the system.
The obese people have more health problems as a result of their obeseity. Obeseity contributes to high blood pressure, heart disease, diabetes, leg and hip problems.

Please tell me your thoughts on this.

Im 21 and work in an office 4 days a week and go to uni one day a week and do homework most nights (unavoidable) I work out for 30 min 2 - 3 times a week and I eat well, have 5 portions of fruit and veg n drink enough water. I sleep for at least 6 hours a night. I just find that my motivation goes - especially when Im at work and I start to feel really tired and glazed and its really hard to snap out of it meaning that I waste lots of time. I dont really want to start drinking coffie again, as its only a temporary high. I love what I do and I feel that the feeling is holding me back. Can anyone help ?

yesterday while waiting to pick my son up from school a security officer told me I was not allowed to open my sliding van doors for ventilation for my 4 year old daughter, Because of that my van heated up to 104 degrees. by the time I got my son and got home my 4 yr old had stopped sweating even thought she had 2 bottles of ice wter to drink. I have no AC in my van at this time. when I went in this morning to talk to the Vice Principle, I was basically told that it was my problem not hers but that if it was an animal in the vehicle she would call the cops for animal crulety. What do you think I should do?

I once had a friend whose husband was bit several times (over a few years) from black widow spiders and his doctors told him during one of his many hospital stays that he has a chemical that attracted them to him. They moved three different times and each time, they would become infested with them, which is strange to me since I have only seen one black widow in 31 years of life. But no matter where I am, those house spiders, or I think they are sometimes called wolf spiders, seem to follow - at my work and at my house. There never seems to be a problem until I am around. For instance, they have been terrible at my office since I came back to work here. I have been off for a week and none of my co-workers have seen any. I am back for 2 hours this morning and three have already come crawling out around me! I hate spiders. Is it possible that I could have something that attracts that particular kind of spider to me? Please no silly Spider Man remarks - just some help.
