Ok so just awhile ago in school, I've had 2 panic attacks. The second was really horrible because my throat felt so numb i thought it was growing bigger. My panic attacks just started about 2 months ago..i know that there's nothing wrong..but deep down i always feel like i'm gonna die or get a seizure, or hyperventilate. I take xanax whenever i have it..but are there other ways to help me cope with the stress and panic attacks? I try not to keep thinking of negative thoughts but they always come up in my mind...any tips to relax?
