And if you know anything about it - is there any more detail you can give on dehydration etc and how it affects your urine?

Funny question I know, but I am just curious.

Thanks

Beetroot. They use it to color the stuff.

The more water you drink the easier your kidney's have it cleaning your blood. If you don't drink enough water your urine will have more color to it.

When dehydrated kidney's will try to keep all water in the body and shut down. no urine at all. That's pretty bad for you as you can't get rid of toxins.

That's why your pee is neon.... Drink more water... Most of those vitamins are water soluble which means your body needs more water to take them in properly... You are literally peeing out your money.... So, start drinking about 5-7 glasses of water a day.
