Since yesterday i have this strange feeling in my stomache..=/ i never had problems with it before and suddenly it hurts and couyldnt rly sleep at night .. It feels dizzy lol ,i was wondering could it just be a simple cold? (i dont have any other symptoms of cold though) Im also on a diet but its been like a month or so and i do eat everyday so i dont think its that..Do you guys have any idea what it could be and how to make it feel better? (yesterday i drank tea n ate soup but nothing seems to help ='( ..)

there are several reasons. Constipation, ulcer, hungry, you're not eating right, pigging out on food then starve yourself, too much caffeine, too much soda. If this continues until tomorrow, I suggest you get tested. You might have a viral intestinal infection.
For now, clear soup is best and saltines or salty biscuits. Stay away from acidic juices and milk, or sodas for that matter. There's Buscopan for stomach aches to help ease it.
