Where are you hearing these myths about drinking tazo tea or milk to increase height ben? My nephew has never drank milk his whole life and he was 6'3" when he was 17. It has nothing to do with your diet, it is in your genes, predetermined before you were born, OK? You are 15. You probably have a bit more growing to complete. How much more? I have no idea, and neither do other people who are not osteopathic doctors that are answering your repeated height questions.

Drinking milk (at any time of day) is good for your bones. It has calcium. Strong bones grow well. This would be good for your height. There's no way to tell how much it will help, or how much it would hurt if you didn't drink it. So, drink up.

yeah, you really took that to heart, though it's not impossible that BGH could give a growing boy a boost, and many say milk is good for all manner of things.
