I had a profilactic shot the other day. But I've been taking some detox pills (just herbal stuff but still). Should I stop taking them for a while? I mean - won't thet wash the shot contents out of my blood?

It's up to you, but if the shot was to prevent a disease, the herbal stuff will probably not harm the effectiveness of the shot. Shots are often made of a derivative of the germ, and then that stimulates your own immune system makes antibodies to protect you in case you are ever exposed to that disease in the future. Herbal stuff will probably not affect your immune system enough to interrupt that process of how a shot works.

herbal detoxes are rarely truly effective. look around a bit, online, at what appears, at least, to be a reputable medical site, and you'll see. still, who knows what's in that detoxer? you may want to lay off.

you really need to specify what type of shot to be certain

but Depo provera or immunizations should not be affected.
you might save yourself some money by just eating a healthy diet and drinking lots of water and avoiding "detox pills "
but I hope they help you
