I think there is a lot that plays into having a very long life. Genetics is probably the most important. Obviously you have no control over your genes, but it effects a lot. Factors that you can control are things like diet, not smoking, drinking, stress and exercise. Regular visits to your doctor help as well-they can catch things before it may be too late. Try to take care of your body the best you can, and avoid stress when at all possible.

There are a plenty. But the easiest possible things are good balanced nutrition, regular exercise, good hygiene, clean environment and another important factor is to keep your stress under control and not to forget - trust in God.

avoiding dangerous behaviours - smoking, drinking (except in moderation), errr... SOME drugs, becoming a mercenary...

seeking pleasurable and fulfilling activity (don't work a job you hate, DON'T LIVE WITH YOUR EX [unless you're much more of a saint than i], try to have a positive outlook, develop hobbies you enjoy).

exercise - they say thirty minutes of aerobic activity, three times a week, these days, is a good start.

eat healthily (i'm gonna say vegetarian and healthily).

that sort of thing.
