I had a lasik surgery last month. Now I want to wear colored contacts. I wanted to order online but every site is asking for my doctor's name and phone number. Does every site asks for doctors information even its plano contacts? also has anyone tried natural touch baby blue contacts? is it good?

I have horrible vision; and if I didn't have polycarbonate lenses, my glasses would be heavy and thick (but not really thick).

I know there isn't much I can do, but I want to improve my eyesight by as much as possible. Any suggestions about diet or routine?

Thanks.

I have these spots all over my eyeglasses. I asked the eye care place if there was any way to clean or polish them off, but she said they probably came from hairspray? Because I leave them in the bathroom a lot when I am wearing my contacts. She said it would not come off and I need to get new ones, but I think she was probably just trying to get me to buy new ones because I have had these a long time. I hardly wear them because I wear contacts the majority of the time, but I would like to be able to see clearly when I do wear them. Any suggestions on how to remove the spots? Thank You!

If so, were you satisfied with the results? Did you have any complications or negative aftereffects?

I am thinking about having the Lasik surgery and I am just looking for some feedback from people who have already had it. I am trying to figure out what some of the setbacks or negative reactions may be to having this surgery. Any and all helpful and useful comments would be great. Thanks all and have a nice day.

your eyes will get worse? Cause when I wore my glasses for the first time, the next day my eyes seemed to have gotten worse. Is it possible that you can actually make your eyes worse from wearing them instead?

My eyes are half open when I sleep, so my eyes are dried out when I wake up. My eye doctor had me use this eye gel before going to sleep, plus use an eyemask, but they don't help. My eyes open up underneath the mask and still dry out. Only TAPING MY EYES SHUT works. I don't wanna do that!

Does anyone know of an eyemask that will PRESS my eyes shut so I can wake up without dried out eyes? I don't wanna tape my eyes shut.

Just to clarify I don't mean the frame looks bad on me; i think the glasses themselves look cute on me but when you see everything clear you see all the imperfections on your face (like stray hairs, freckles, discolourations, etc) it is so maddening! i recently started doing hair and makeup with glasses on to get it perfect but nothing seems to work; its always a fuzzy strand here and there.

so my actual question is, is this how other people with glasses/contacts or 20/20 vision see you? and what can i do about it?

thank you so much :-)

My daughters optician says she needs glasses to correct this. I dont think she has had a problem with her eyes and i have read that alot of children when young have slightly long sightedness and it clears up without any glasses when the muscles grow.
I dont want her eyes to get dependant on glasses if there is a chance it will sort itself out. Anyone with any experience?

Hi there.
I am finally getting contact lenses but my doctor recommended that I also obtained glasses for night time so I don't have my contacts in all the time to give my eyes a rest.
My question is, since prescription glasses are a bit pricey with buying the frame/lenses and all, can I just buy reading glasses for use at nighttime when I take my contacts out? (I can't use my old glasses because the I needed a stronger prescription)
Thanks a bunch!
