depends what sort of growth it is ? and your age ?
Could be a skin tag which are common and harmless but any unexplained growth is well worth a quick visit to your GP even just for reassurance but im sure everything will be normal.

For the aesthetic look on your face, I would have it removed, or checked out..you don't want it to be cancer, or something like that that could end up really causing you problems later...go check it out before it does cause trouble.
