If you were lucky, yes.
(some people have vision like that, that *won't* improve with glasses. Cataracts, glaucoma, macular damage...)

Your vision is at best marginally legal for driving
(depending on country/state)
You'd certainly be safer with better driving vision.

But beyond that, you don't NEED glasses. You're not making your eyes worse by not having them*. It's a personal choice.

Under about 18 the situation is more individual
for wearing, and for not wearing, glasses at particular times.

i'm 20/80 and i have to wear glasses or contacts to drive. (i literally HAVE to wear them, if i'm pulled over without them, my learners can be pushed back for another 6 months)

By doing eye exercises and eating bilberries and carrots your eye sight can improve slightly. Also don't eat aspartme which is in diet coke, sugar free food and some other foods.
