I'm trying to improve my eyesight ; any suggestions?

I have horrible vision; and if I didn't have polycarbonate lenses, my glasses would be heavy and thick (but not really thick).

I know there isn't much I can do, but I want to improve my eyesight by as much as possible. Any suggestions about diet or routine?

I don't want to go through anything extreme like laser correction.

Vitamin A will not change eye prescription. There is nothing, no food, no supplement, no exercises that works to change eye prescription.

You can protect your eyes against disease and injury by eating a healthy diet including fruits and veggies, wearing sunglasses outdoors, safety glasses at work and, most important of all, not smoking.

Ahhhhhhh...... Did you point out you wish to upgrade your eyesight??! Try consuming carrots, or perhaps going for brief intervals of time with out your glasses to instruct your eyes to not want the glasses as so much....

I don't think laser correction is not at all extreme, and is probably your best choice, you won't even wear anything after that.

vitamin a is good...i know carrots have a ton of it. my mom used to always tell me to eat carrots for better eyesight.
