i have been self harming for 5 years now and stoped for a while and i ened up cutting my wrists open last night the reson is that i had an abortion last week and i cant cope with it my boyfriend has not been there for me he says its to much for him to cope with and when i try and talk to him about the abortion he just said you should just get over it it was not a baby it was somethink that would have been a baby i was 8 weeks and i just cant get oer it i just dont know what to do any more am scired i might go to deep with cutting myself

I have to make sure all the doors and windows are shut and locked before going to bed, and also closets. I also seem to chew on my shirt for no apparant reason.

Also my dad has to make sure there are excactly 8 knives, big spoons and forks, 8 little spoons and forks, and everything seems to be matching.

im asking because ive read alot of questions and it sounds like everything is a symptom of it.

I have been taking Cipralex since August last year, and I am trying to do without it. However I am experiencing unpleasant sensations, similar to a mild electric shock, when I make any movements. I also don't feel like being around people. Please don't tell me to continue taking the tablets, some good advice on how to get over this initial stage would be immensely appreciated. Thank you for your time :-)

I can't see this on any other indication of side effects. I take it at night, and it seems as if I sleep for only about 3-4 hours, then I have a funny dream & wake up laughing so hard I can't stop that I start crying! Then, I'm awake with a burst of energy. I was given this for moderate bipolar. What's going on? Driving my family nuts!!

I just started this 2 nights ago, and I just want to know how long I should ride this out?

I stopped drinking 6 mts. ago and I miss it like mad. Can yoga give me the relaxed state that I used to get from the booze? I miss having my brain in a different state!! Idont want to do drugs so what can I do occasionally? Is there anything?

i spilled some crystal light drink mix on my shirt and it stained, so i asked how to remove it. one answer i got was to lick it. i did that and its coming out, but now i cant stop licking it!

and also how can i stop eating powrerd drink mix? ive been doing that for a long time and cant stop. i like to mix it with a little water, than freez it so i can lick it. my friend even hid it when she saw it in hopes i would stop.

im trying to build a case against a drug and alcohol rehab where i live.i have the backing from the commision for social care,but the people im up against are slippery because of the amount of money they make. i need legal advise,better still barrister or legal person.the person who im bringing the case about was suffering from addiction but also had manic depression...she was dicharged with no support a died in a bedsit allown..i find this outrageous,it needs to stop please help me. kev uk

I take meds for mild spacey seizures. What irritates me and always grumpy is my obsessive thoughts I can't get rid of. Still the psyciatrist says that I have bipolar. I think she's wrong. because I take meds for ocd and I'm much better.
