I take meds for mild spacey seizures. What irritates me and always grumpy is my obsessive thoughts I can't get rid of. Still the psyciatrist says that I have bipolar. I think she's wrong. because I take meds for ocd and I'm much better.

Some of the same meds are used in treating both. Bi-polar is characterized by high manic states and low depressed states that alternate on a somewhat regular basis. Also uncontrolled spending and doing things that uncharacteristic of your personality can be signs of mania. Try another doctor if you don't agree with yours.
