Sometimes when I'm laying in bed I feel like I'm falling(just for a short time). I don't do drugs, so it isn't a side effect from anything, but I'd like to know why I feel this?

Hello!! :o) Sometimes that feeling is caused by a relatively sudden change in your blood sugar levels. It's quite common - from what I understand. Craig!! :o)

That same thing used to happen to me occasional when I was several years younger. Never did figure out the cause.

This is a deep memory from our tree living ancestors who needed to wake up before falling out of the tree. In fact falling is one of two built in fears that we have (the rest being learned) along with the fear of loud noises..
