It is a vicious cycle. Mentally fatigued or depressed, don't eat right, abuses some substance. Eating right, in your case, would go a long way to restore your zest. Fruit, veggies and balanced diet, avoiding sugar for a time. Then restoring it in moderation and balance. Start exercising, even if you feel tired. Buy yourself a mini trampoline and start jumping. Eliptical machines are better than bicycles, in my opinion. They're fun. Buy a Vita Mix and start making yourself some fruit smoothies. I can put a whole carrot in my Vita Mix with water, juice or milk, and within 30 seconds there is no evidence of any carrot pulp at all. I throw in oat groats or rolled oats uncooked, a carrot, a teaspoon of spirulina, a raw egg yolk, some nutritional yeast, a banana, whey protein powder, Barbados molasses in milk. I mix that for about thirty seconds or so and produce a somewhat thick great tasting milk shake rich in nutrition. http://herbdoc.com/abp_1024x768.asp is a site I recommend if you are in really bad shape. Good luck. You have some work to do. If you don't do it, nobody else will.

Everything!! you might not be tired! But something it's causing the depression. Could it be no job, no money. Losed of boy/ girl friend?Someone in the family is sick? You can go to a mental clinic, and they treat you. put up in your feet again.

It is a sign of depression. Go see a doctor and tell them how you are feeling. Tell them all of what you are feeling so that they can make a proper diagnosis. Good luck hopefully you are just in a small rut and you will get out soon.
