HMM that is a strange one, maybe you have an oral fixation. but the part about craving the frozen milk could be a symptom of anemia. People who are anemic crave ice, pop -cycles, Iceee etc. go to the doctor to get it check out.

apparently you have an overactive tongue, but there's nothing wrong with that. Try changing your shirt to see if that makes you stop. There's nothing wrong with Crystal Light, I love that stuff, they make great frozen pops. I think they put an addictive agent in the powder so that we get hooked on it.

Compulsive behaviour
Get your mercury fillings out before you reach the point of no return.
Do an internet search on dental mercury poisoning if you need any more convincing.

I've bought candies of powder in a long tube sometime last year. Have you seen it in drug stores?
You don't have to mix it with water. It is candy in powder form.
Sugar is addictive. Once you have one, you want another.
Do you own cats? Hehehe!

Get yourself some lolly pops. Use a stain remover in your shirt, wash it and get over with it.

Sounds like you have a oral fixation. I think there is a hippie commune outside of San Diego that would readily welcome a chronic shirt licker. They can never seem to afford enough laundry detergent. Hey, you don't mind lickin' other garments, do you?
