So here is what happens, everytime i go to juggle my soccer ball, even though i do stretch befor i juggle, i somehow manage to pull something in the very upper part of my leg. I have no idea why, or even how i manage to pull something. And no matter how much i change my juggleing way, i still pull something. I want to continue juggling so i can continue to get better, but i don't want to continue with this pain everyday.
So my main question is this, are there any certain stretches that i could do to help stretch out the muscle up there so i don't pull it everytime. Please somebody help me.

I have taken the drug lortab for years and it just is not working anymore. A friend suggested trying the brand name of it, that there is a big difference. (besides the price) Until I find a different alternative, I am really needing to know if brand is the way to go. Like when I buy excedrin generic, it does not work so well. Yet when I buy the brand excedrin, I feel pain relief. So would that apply to prescription meds too??Someone please help me know what to do!!!!

I developed tendonitis in my arms and quit my job and went to physiotherapy for treatment. It has not fully resolved after 20 treatments but was getting better; however, I have been doing some spring cleaning around the house and yard and the tendonitis has returned in the old as well as new areas of my arms. Wow, is this just aging (I am only 43) or could my poor posture be causing my arms to be more prone to injury? I am going for a massage tomorrow and will ask my RMT; but I wanted some other opinions on this. (I am investigating breast reduction to help with posture issues).

I have had chronic migraines for the past 4 years. I will have one at least once a month but recently they have been more frequent.....sometimes once a week. I have taken SO many prescription meds.....Midrin, Imitrex, and even gotten shots of Tordol. No matter what I take I still get the migraines. Fioricet is the only thing that worked, but it will be 3 weeks before I can get into my doctor. Any ideas on how to treat my migraines without a prescription? Tylenol and Advil don't work. I have a 3 year old, a 6 month old, and a puppy and so they might be stress related. Any advice will work wonders. Thanks!

With a twisted ankel as I was stepping out of my jeep it felt as if something popped in the back of my leg. The pain ran from the bottom of my feet all the way along the back of my leg to my lower back. It feels as if all the muscle in my leg is sore and the front leg is also sore. At times I cant walk or put pressure on this leg. I have to take pain killers everyday in order to be able to get around.Does anybody know what is wrong and how I can get better?? Thank you ever so much.

My daughter has a bump about the size of a quarter on the top of her foot. It is hard and she says her foot hurts. We had it x-rayed last night and the doctor didn't know what it was and referred her to an orthopedic doctor. Has anyone had anything like this? Any ideas what it could be? She is athletic, but she hasn't hurt herself that we can recall.

It is painful while locked. I can unlock it by straightening my leg but it is extremely painful while doing so. That has happened four times during the past two weeks. I have been taking 8-hour tylenol before going to bed but don't know whether I should be doing that.

I usually go to sleep on my right side but sometimes during the night I turn over and when I do that my right knee locks up.
