i am going to the doctor today for headache's and my tonsils are acting up what do you think is happening??

Absolutely no doctoring experience here, but troubles are mine to share:

Sounds like one leading to the other. I'd say it's one of these.

1) Allergies causing sinus congestion. The mucous is running down your throat and irritating your tonsils. Probably cured with Claritin or maybe even a steroid nasal spray like me.

2) Dehydration. If you don't drink enough, you won't produce enough mucous to keep your tonsils from chapping. Also, you will definately get a headache, just before you start cramping... drink some water just in case... about 10 eight-ounce cups today.

There is no medicine for H/A OR MIGRAINE. Not only these but for almost all painful diseases. Hence they become chronic.
Acidity, excessive wind, cold , heat, sour food and sinusitis, constipation, intestinal inflammation;
Blockage in the flow of Vital Energy are their causes. None of them can be treated with medicine. Our 100% success in treating migraine &H/A confirms it.
Acupuncture is the best treatment. I can treat it with naturopathy and YOG, but how can you manage pl see.
Avoid late sleeping if possible;spicy, sour, stale bakery foods and alcohole.
Sweet foods, sweet fruits, milk, rice and good sleep will help you.
But you try one herbal remedy- two drops of drumstick leaves' juice in opposite nostril if one side pains and both nostrils if full H/A will give you rescue. Betel leaf helps but it isvery strong.
For tonsils see if you have cough, if yes treat it with boiled beans. Pl avoid oils and fats.

I bet you have strep throat or allergies are pretty bad. My two boys ages 4 & 9 just got over strep throat. Complaining of a headache & throat..Deja Vu.. I am sure that is whats going on they will give you some amoxicillion & you'll be feeling much better by tomorrow. Have a good day & let us know... :)
