my knees and ankles pop every time i get up or down off the floor. my shoulder's pop almost every time i raise my arms or move them in a circle. what can i do the get them to reduce the amount of popping or to stop the popping compeltly

fish oil capsules help lubricate the joints. Take two capsules three times daily. I recommend you get an evaluation from a chiropractor as soon as possible. You need to have this checked out and get to the heart of the problem. I've enclosed a link more you can find a chiropractor in your area.

Joint popping of that nature is usually caused by imbalances in the muscles surounding that joint. The best thing to do is see a posture alignment specialist and have them create an exercise program for you. The other option is to by the book PAIN FREE by Pete egoscue. and go over the routines in the book
