you're going to have to start training yourself to sleep on your back. It takes time, but you definitely can retrain yourself. This is going to stop the pain in the morning.

For now use a heating pad for twenty minutes. Follow with an analgesic cream. This will help relax the muscles. You can also use Advil tablets three times daily.

Just work on your sleeping position.

this an easy one to answer. U know what the problem is so atleast u know what to work towards. Most o da time when u change ur pillow or sleeping position it feels un comfy and it may be diff to fall asleep. So keep going at it. Maybe u sleeping funny coz o ur pillow, or maybe u got pain somewhere and dat position decreaes it it could also be ur matress. Explore all da avenues and make sure to make the right change. As u know da way u sleep and da incline of ur head on the pillow affects how u breath. good luck and i hope u got a cute guy to give u a massage in da morning.

Damn professor, I'm loving the five dollar words... :)

Your neck is strained. You may want to take an Alieve and chill out on the stressful movements; it'll go away in a day or two.

If it is really bad, try some icy hot or ben gay and that should do the trick.

Hope this helps!

Take a really long hot shower, that usually helps.
You may want to think about changing the amount of pillows you use, the type of pillows you use, or the mattress you sleep on.
