I use to get that kind of feeling every time i ate anything. One day i had a pain so bad i thought i was having a heart attack. It turned out after a trip to the er that i had gallstones that i had to have emergency surgery for. I would suggest you see your doctor for a better diagnosis. it could also just be acid reflux and medication can help that. Good luck.

High fat foods can be difficult for the gall bladder to process. Sometimes you can have pain in the gall bladder from the high fat. Fat is also very difficult on the stomach. I recommend you use digestive enzyme capsules every time you eat. This breaks down the foods and makes it easier for your stomach and other organs to process rich foods.
