I am sorry, that is the best way I can explain it. It always happens on the bones above my ankle but below the knee. It varies between feet, sometimes both. This actually hasn't happened for maybe a year or two, but I want to know if I should be worried. It usually goes away if I wrap my legs up in a blanket which warms them up.

I constantly have cold feet, even if I wear socks, but in these instances, it feels like the bone is being frozen from the inside out!

I get dizzy a lot, lots of pressure in my whole head. Headaches that go down the back of my neck. I was at the doctors and they said I have an ear infection and sinusitus. I took the Augmentin for 10 days, it still is not right. I called my doctor and she sent me in another prescription for Augmentin. I am on my 3rd day of it the 2nd time around. And I still do not feel any different. Today I tried to run like 10 steps and it felt like my head was going to blow up. Lots and lots of pressure

My daughter aged 21 is experiencing acute pain in her back and down both legs (I did write earlier today). She has just informed me that she has been constipated and wondered if this could be part of the problem. One of the answerers did mention urinary/bowel problems - Blah? are you still out there?

I had surgery for a herniated disk at L4-5 last February. I'm still off work because of pain & difficulty sleeping. I've been looking for work in my field in the last few months with no luck so far. During a blizzard & cold snap this week my pain has really increased. Last night I only slept for 5 hrs & then only dosed off after that. How long have others been struggling like this after herniating a disk?

Doc says have arthritis in lower back but most of my pain is in and around the hip areas. Get severe muscle spasms (charlie horses) in hamstring muscles in back of thigh during the night. May be work related. Climb about 30 flights of stairs and walk a couple of miles a day as a prison guard. Pain got worse after a course of celebrex. Side effects were awful also. Pain does not seem to be in joint but more in muscles or tendons. Muscles in back of legs very tight. Can no longer stretch them out without a lot of pain. Am confused about what to do next. Local radiologist thought pinched nerve in back but spine specialist said arthritis. Anyone else have these kinds of symptoms?

My daughter, aged 21, was at college and had just successfully completed an exam when she experienced excrutiating pain in her lower back and down both legs. She walked home - said it was less painful walking, but is now in bed in pain. I intend taking her to a doctor but we live in Egypt and I am rather nervous/scepticle about doctors. Any suggestions re medication/causes/cures. Is there a doctor out there?

This seems to occur spontaneously and without any obvious cause. Has happened a few times now. Any advice or suggestions as to possible causes or cures?

For several months now I have been getting soreness in my feet. Some days it's worse than others. BUT, I have been experiencing soreness all through my feet so bad that when I get up in the middle of the night to go to the restroom, they hurt so bad I can hardly walk. I am just wondering what is causing this or if anyone else has experienced this? I have noticed walking on them for long periods of time I get the pain in my feet also it happens while I am sleeping to where I can hardly walk like I mentioned earlier. The pain IF I had to describe it almost feels like they are bruised. There is no discoloration in them so I know they arent bruised. I just am starting to get concerned and wonder what is causing this pain. I have also accidentally hit my foot on something when I am experiencing this pain and it hurts so badly it almost makes me cry and I have a high pain tolerance normally. Any ideas of what could be wrong?

Lately, I've been getting canker sores. Now, I got three on my tongue and two on my cheek. They hurt so bad that I want to cry. I bought some a-z vitamans. Will that help any? Any suggestions?

Because it makes me sick. Almost always when I have my period I have to take a pill(not birth control, some other prescribed) to stop the cramps, because they are so bad. But I'm not talking about the cramps.
I'm talking about if I don't take that pill, the pain gets worse and worse, until I throw up. Usually a couple of times.
I used to think it was connected with my cramps, but there was a time I had a headache, didin't do anything about it, and was sick.
So, Is my body just have low pain tolerance, or what?
