Everytime I eat at Taco Bell it makes me sick. I think it's the meat that sits out all day. But, I don't eat there anymore. I can eat at other Mexican style places with no problems, but I know if I eat a Taco Bell my stomach will be rolling and churning.

If you have junk in your system that is messing things up, you need to get rid of it. Some people use an enema. It works. Since it has been over twelve hours since you ate (I hope you had sense enough not to eat) you could do a salt flush. Mix a heaping teaspoon of salt in a quart of warm water, then try to drink two quarts in a half an hour. I find the second quart works best if I do a hot cup then a cold cup. In about a half hour you should hear nature call, and be close to the bathroom for about an hour, and most everything will come out, then you should be much better. If you still feel ill, there is some bug working, and I would take a teaspoon of charcoal powder in a glass of water. The Charcoal will buffer whatever is upsetting your system.

I am a nurse and I can tell you that a "normal" stomach ache does not last that long. I had that problem (where it would last 10+ hours) and it ended up being my gallbladder. If it was food poisioning you would vomit trust me. If the stomach ache is up high it may be gallbladder, ucler. If it is down low it could be ovaries, appendix. Get it checked

My sister always got that when she ate Mexican food, she didn't check it out, just stopped eating that food and it's gone. Also she has a problem with MSG in foods, I don't know if Taco Bell uses that, but I know a lot of Chinese food has it.
