I am sorry, that is the best way I can explain it. It always happens on the bones above my ankle but below the knee. It varies between feet, sometimes both. This actually hasn't happened for maybe a year or two, but I want to know if I should be worried. It usually goes away if I wrap my legs up in a blanket which warms them up.
I constantly have cold feet, even if I wear socks, but in these instances, it feels like the bone is being frozen from the inside out!
