My first thought was sinusitis because I have the chronic condition myself. They will have to do a CAT scan to see if it is sinusitis. It could also be that you have a touch of scoliosis and your spine being misaligned or your slight leg length discrepancy could give headaches. Levaquin is the best antibiotic to try for sinus infections. Also if you have a cat or allergies, you must avoid these. You might also have a deviated septum that makes it easier for you to get sinus infections. The sinus pain can be very bad. I've gone to the dentist with a toothache only to find out it was my sinuses. Look in a medical book and you will see how far the sinuses spread. There are sphenoid sinuses, ethmoid, maxillary and frontal.

I am not a Doctor but, it sounds as if the blood is not flowing
correctly either to fast or not flowing through your veins in your head, this will also result in dizziness. One things for sure you must make your doctor to take you seriously or get another Doctor.
I would go to the Emergency room immediately and speak to a Physician who will take you seriously. E.R. will run test such as blood work, different types of scans. I would say you need
a Neurological Doctor. This is a small inconvenience if you compare it to becoming dysfunctional or deceased.

Maybe your blood pressure goes up. However I have a neck problem and there are days that my head feels like its going to explode. I dont feel any pain just like a balloon is trying to expand in my head.
Take a look at your neck at an orthopedist.

No idea. Does she has a positive pregnancy test? If so, she is pregnant. If not, she might have anything from a cold to allergies to the early stages of Bubonic Plague.
