Could be gas, could be a mild heart attack. You should probably go to the emergency room. They will see you immediately because chest pain patients come first.

It is most likely indigestion (heartburn) caused by acid reflux. Especially if you bend over forward and the pain spikes. Do not let somebody try to freak you out by saying itis a heart attack. Though in any case, it is good idea to seek medical attention because this is not the place to ask for medical advice. If it is heartburn, the doctor will likey put you on meds. But the best way to resolve the problem is through a change in diet.

Most likely just Early signs of a Cold/Congestion kicking in.... I get it from time-to-time....... And all of the symptoms show up first then before I know it I'm hacking, and covered with a blanket, and Vicks on my chest, and Hot tea w/honey in my hand!!! Just use some Vicks, in your humidifier, and put a towel over your head, and breathe in the mist, for about 5-10 minutes, and keep Vicks on your chest & under your nose every night with good warm Jammies on....... And before, you know it, you'll be just fine..... Our family swears by this old Home Remedy, and have even gotten rid of pnemonia this way!!! If your still concerned go see your doctor, but God forbid, dont get on medicine's!!! When a person is sick, its the bodies way of deToxifying one's body.. and the last thing we need is to add things in our bodies, that stop that detoxifying process, you know!!!?? And dont eat during your sick days... Just clear fluids, and purified water.. Honey & tea are also good sources, of getting rid of any kinds of flu, cold's and congestion!!! Lots of clear fluids, and Vicks, not medicine's!!! Smile, you'll be just fine hun, before you know it!!!!

I suspect it is a diaphragm or other torso muscle strain. I have done this to myself a time or two, from things like raking leaves. Try and see if you can find a position or movement that makes it hurt, or one that makes it stop.
You need to strengthen your torso muscles.

If you can't isolate it to a muscle set, and it gets worse with exertion, or is causing shortness of breath, rather than hurting from movement, then you should consider heart trouble and have someone take you to emergency.

Could be acid refulx, gall stones, ulcer, heart attack, broken rib, pulled muscle, pneumonia. . . . . .the worst would be the heart attack and women especially have different symptoms of a heart attack than men do and a lot of times deny that it could be heart related. I would advise you to take two asprin and get yourself to the emergency room ASAP

It could be muscle strain or it could be pleurisy. It could be something more serious too. Try some ibuprofen, if it continues or gets worse do not hesitate to see a doctor.
